QUOTATIONS AND ACCEPTANCES: For immediate acceptance, and subject to prior sale or other disposition, and change without notice. All proposals and acceptances of orders are made with the mutual understanding that orders are not subject to cancellation. The shipping date is approximately only, and is contingent upon delays, or the nonperformance occasioned by strikes, accidents, fires, or other causes beyond our control.

GUARANTEE: This machine is sold as inspected, but if the machine is proved to be mechanically defective upon receipt by Buyer, Buyer may return it within thirty (30) days from the date of shipment and Hoff Machinery will, at its option, refund the purchase price or repair the defects in the machine free of charge. Buyer is responsible for all freight charges connected with the return of the machine. This guarantee applies only to machines which we own and which are sold as list price.

PRICES: For domestic shipment, F.O.B cars or truck Minneapolis, MN, unless otherwise specified; for foreign shipment boxed or prepared for export shipment, additional charges as specified. Title to all goods to remain in us until fully paid.

TERMS: One-third cash with order, balance on delivery, unless otherwise arranged.

INDEMNIFICATION: User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Seller of and from any and all claims or liabilities from accidents involving these machines caused by failure of user, his employees, or agents to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations available for the original manufacturer, or by failure of the user to comply with Federal, State and Local laws applicable to such equipment including the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.

NOTE: The above used machines do not incorporate approved activating mechanisms, operator safety devices or safety guards, as required by OSHA or otherwise. It is the purchasers responsibility that the said used machines be so equipped and safeguarded to meet OSHA and any other requirements before placing such machinery into operation.
